Order Processing: at this time, most of my items are in stock in limited quantities. That being said, my in-stock processing time to get your order together and mailed out should be a week. I will keep you updated, but don't hesitate to ask me anything! I'm happy to help :)
I will still be updating items that are sold out to sell as a preorder, so if you order anything under a preorder status, please know it could take as long as 3-5 weeks to send out your order (as long as my manufacturer order comes in safely.) I hope to run preorders in weeklong batches to order some stock to build up in periods until I sell out again!
Gift Wrapping: I would be more than happy to include any sort of gift message! If you are interested in this option for your order, please let me know <3
Returns: At this time, I do not offer returns. However, if there is a problem with your order please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I will do my best to sort it out with you! :)
Problems with your order? PLEASE reach out to me--I promise I don't bite! As a small business owner, especially for a first timer, it's quite rough on me to process refunds or handle cancellations in the off-chance I've already put together an order and shipped it out. As long as you reach out to me, I will do my best to help you and find the best solution to any issues that may arise with your order!
Shipping: I currently am offering shipping everywhere in standard options only. If you absolutely need an order (in-stock items only) ASAP and are willing to pay for expidited shipping, please reach out to me and I will do my best to help you!
International orders--If there is a problem with shipping to select countries, I will contact you and may need to cancel your order. Due to international shipping pricing, rates may be a bit high but I tried to price everything according to the cheapest option with tracking available to keep it as affordable as possible.
